Your graded card is placed in a sleeve, then shipped in a reinforced envelope or a box depending on the order value, to prevent any damage during transit. Every order is sealed with our tamper-evident security seal to guarantee that the item has not been altered after leaving our hands.

You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. Your graded card ships under our tamper-evident security seal, which lets you inspect it fully without removing it.

If the seal has been broken or removed, the chain of authenticity is broken and the item is considered depreciated: a deduction of up to 100% of its value may then be applied to the refund, in accordance with Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code.

Minor cosmetic imperfections on the slab itself are not grounds for return: they are factory-related and not indicative of card condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.
