Right of Withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from a distance contract, without having to give any reason or bear any costs other than those provided for by law.

This period runs from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement. You may use the notification form on the right.

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery charges, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your notification.

Diminished value

You may be held liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. In particular, opening a sealed product (booster, box), damaging a graded slab, or altering the condition of a single card beyond simple inspection — such as bends, scratches, fingerprints, or any wear affecting its original condition — will result in a refund reduced by the amount of the depreciation, up to the full value of the item.
