Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and carefully packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The Treasure Tales Packaging Guarantee

We are collectors first, and we know how crucial condition is. We treat every order with the utmost respect.

  • Single Cards: Every single card is placed in a soft sleeve, secured inside a rigid Top Loader, and sealed with our custom tamper-evident security seal.

  • The Box: We strictly use cardboard boxes for all our shipments. We never ship items in flimsy plain white envelopes (PWE) or bubble mailers. All orders, regardless of size, are exclusively shipped in sturdy, crush-resistant cardboard boxes.

  • Video Verification: For the ultimate protection of your investment, the entire packing and sealing process of your order is systematically recorded on video before the package is handed over to the carrier.

Domestic & International Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over €300 within Europe (France, European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and United Kingdom). Orders shipped outside of Europe are not eligible for free shipping.

  • High-Value Orders: For the protection of both the buyer and the seller, any order with a total value exceeding €100 will strictly require a fully tracked and insured shipping method. Standard tracked shipping without insurance will not be available for these orders. This ensures that in the rare event a carrier loses your package in transit, your purchase is fully protected.

International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

We ship worldwide, including Europe, the United States, Canada, and other international destinations. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location. Please note that when a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country.

Treasure Tales is not responsible for any of these customs charges or taxes. These fees are strictly the buyer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer to clear customs. By law, we must declare all items at their full purchase price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at contact@treasuretales.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
